Rare Design was founded to make places that feel considered for the people inside them and the environment around them.
Our practice began in Greensboro in 2022. Since then we've drawn homes, offices, churches, and renovations across the Southeast, working with clients who value clarity, craft, and the patience it takes to build well.
Every project starts with a site walk and a long conversation. We keep our team small on purpose ; you'll work with the people who draw your building from the first sketch to the last inspection.
